Flowstate is a small, non-commercial tool for Public Forum debate preparation. This page explains what it stores.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google. We use it only to sign you in.
• Files you upload: Word documents and the cards extracted from them.
• Basic logs kept by our hosting providers to run the service and fix errors.

How it is used

• Cards you upload are private to your account unless you choose to share them with everyone.
• Card text may be sent to AI and search providers to power features such as meaning-based search. It is not used for advertising.
• We do not sell your information.

Services we use

Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Google (optional sign-in), and, when enabled, Anthropic and Voyage AI (AI features and search).

Deleting your data

Ask the site owner to delete your account and uploads, and they will be removed.
